The story behind 
LeadTable
In 2020, straight after finishing school, Marius and Samuel founded AS Marketing – a social recruiting agency. After two years of strong growth, we faced a challenge: how could we pass candidate leads on to our clients professionally?
Google Sheets and emails were the standard back then, but we knew there had to be a better way.
Then chance played into our hands: in our office building, we met our CTO Michael. What started as a conversation about a “simple dashboard” became the first LeadTable prototype overnight.
We quickly realised that other agencies were struggling with the same problems. After positive beta tests with our first agencies, we turned our internal solution into a SaaS product. LeadTable went live in September 2022.
Today, we’re a team of eight based in Kempten, helping more than 600 agencies professionalise their lead management. What started as a solution to our own problem now helps agencies position themselves as premium partners.
